YEAR
2025-2026
SCOPE
Concept, storyboard, shoot, and edit short- and long-form video promoting gaming, entertainment, hospitality, food & beverage, and property awareness — delivering platform-native cuts for social, website, paid advertising, Tribal and internal communications.
Partner with marketing, entertainment, food & beverage, tribal stakeholders, and outside agencies to keep creative output aligned to campaign objectives, brand voice, and compliance requirements in a highly regulated gaming environment; incorporate revisions promptly and maintain confidentiality on sensitive material.
01 — THE BRIEF
THE CHALLENGE
Chicken Ranch Casino Resort had grown into something bigger than its reputation. A new hotel, new restaurants, expanded entertainment, and a working Tribal farm had all arrived — but the visual presence hadn't caught up. Guests in the region still pictured the property as it was five years ago, and the content telling them otherwise was inconsistent, outsourced, and slow.
Everything had to be made inside a live, regulated gaming floor — no disrupting play, no filming guests without consent, no shortcuts around Tribal Gaming Commission and brand compliance.
Entertainment and fight nights ran once with no reset. And with no in-house production capability, every asset was competing against agency lead times that outlasted the promotions they were built for.

02 — THE STRATEGY
THE THINKING
01
02
03
Bring production in-house
Camera, lighting, audio, and post under one roof, so content moves at the speed of the floor instead of the speed of an agency invoice.
Mirror branding with fresh unique visuals
Push boundaries without breaking guidelines, and create engaging content.
Sell the place, not the promotion
Nobody wants to be advertised and sold to, so show them how they can escape and play.
